01Solutions

Outcomes we areasked to deliver.

A capability is what we do. A solution is what changes for you. These are the six we get called for most often.

  1. 01

    Agentic Workflows

ProblemSpecialist work is trapped in inboxes, spreadsheets, and approval chains.

We build agents that carry a task from request to verified completion across your existing systems — reading the context, choosing the tools, and escalating only when the situation genuinely requires a person.

ResultWork that completes without supervision, and an audit trail for every action taken.

  2. 02

    Document Intelligence

ProblemHigh volumes of unstructured documents, processed by hand at high cost.

Extraction, classification, and validation pipelines built for the documents you actually receive — including the malformed ones, with confidence thresholds and a human review path for the rest.

ResultConsistent structured output, with the low-confidence cases surfaced rather than guessed.

  3. 03

    AI Product Engineering

ProblemAn AI feature that demos well and disappoints in production.

We build the retrieval layer, the evaluation harness, the latency budget, and the cost controls — the parts that determine whether the product is worth running.

ResultFeatures with measured quality, predictable latency, and a known cost per operation.

  4. 04

    Legacy Modernisation

ProblemCritical systems that nobody wants to touch and everybody depends on.

Strangler-pattern migration with the replacement shipping value early — the old system keeps running while the new one takes over capability by capability.

ResultIncremental risk, visible progress, and no big-bang cutover.

  5. 05

    Data Foundations

ProblemAnalytics that disagree with each other and cannot be trusted.

Pipelines, contracts, and a semantic layer that gives every team the same answer to the same question, with lineage from dashboard back to source.

ResultOne version of the truth, and a data layer that models can be built on directly.

  6. 06

    Platform Engineering

ProblemEvery team solving deployment, environments, and observability from scratch.

An internal developer platform with paved roads, golden paths, and self-service environments — so product teams ship without waiting on infrastructure.

ResultFaster delivery, and infrastructure decisions made once instead of repeatedly.

Common questions

Ask us something else
How do engagements usually start?

With a short discovery engagement — typically one to two weeks — that maps the current state, defines success numerically, and produces a costed plan you can act on with or without us.

Question 1
Do you work with our existing engineers?

Most often, yes. We embed alongside in-house teams, leave behind documentation and runbooks, and structure the work so your team owns the system after handover.

Question 2
What makes an AI system production-ready?

An evaluation harness that runs continuously, bounded permissions, a fallback path, and cost and latency budgets that fail a build when exceeded.

Question 3
Can you take over an AI project that stalled elsewhere?

Yes. We start by assessing what exists and what is actually broken, then either stabilise it or rebuild the parts that cannot be repaired.

Question 4
How do you price work?

Fixed scope for defined deliverables, time and materials for open-ended engineering, and a retainer for ongoing platform and AI operations. We recommend the model before we quote.

Have a complex problem?Let’s turn it into an intelligent system.

Tell us what is not working. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
